Tom Boyd
Mr. Tom Boyd is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of BioPet. He is the founder and past CEO of Fi-Shock, Inc., founder and past CEO of Mark Electronics, founder and past CEO of I-Shop, Inc, and founder and past CEO of The Boyd Group.

Jim Simpson
Mr. Simpson is Chief Operations Officer and President of BioPet. Prior to joining BioPet in December 2008, Mr. Simpson served as the President of EDP Biotech from 2005 to 2008. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Simpson was a Vice President with Fifth Third Bank's Structured Finance Group. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Simpson was a Senior Vice President with First American Bank's Corporate Lending Group. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Simpson held various positions with the National Bank of Canada, including the position of Vice President of the U.S. Corporate Lending Group. Mr. Simpson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Meg Retinger
Mrs. Retinger is Chief Administrative Officer of BioPet. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Emory and Henry College in 1976, and an ABS in Computer from Draughon's Junior College in 1980. She was employed by Fi-Shock Inc. for 25 years where she served in many capacities, including Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, Vice President of Administration, Chief Administrative Officer, and President.
